Pottstown, PA - The Varsity Boys Basketball team played against the Eagles of Coventry Christian School on 12/6/24 looking to get their second win on the young season. 

This game was tight for most of the way as the Eagles and Panthers went back and forth through the first half, however the Panthers gained an eight-point lead at halftime. The Eagles were able to storm back in the third quarter though which led to a 39-39 tie heading into the final frame. A big fourth quarter led by Roman Rex and Deion Swift pushed the Panthers to a 61-46 win over the Coventry Christian Eagles. Roman Rex made important shots throughout the game which led to him scoring 23 points on the night. Other scorers include Myles Harris – 12 points, Gabe Transue – 12 points, Deion Swift – 10 points, and Nick Kasper – 4 points. With the win, the Panthers improve their record to 2-0 on the season.  
 

Panthers Cruise Over Lions to Win 3rd Straight Game 

The Varsity Panthers Boys Basketball team played against the Lions of Lancaster County Christian School at Coventry Christian School on 12/7/24. 

The Panthers played their second game of the Coventry Christian Tipoff games looking to go 2-0 on the weekend. Myles Harris got the Panthers started off strong by draining 3 three pointers in the first quarter to give the Panthers momentum. The Lions kept things close however as they led 37-35 at halftime. Gabe Transue scored 10 big points in the 3rd quarter with Nick Kasper adding 5 points himself to give the Panthers the lead heading into the fourth. It was all Panthers the rest of the way as they cruised to a 72-53 win. Gabe Transue scored 22 points on the afternoon and Myles Harris added 19 points. Other scorers include Roman Rex – 11 points, Nick Kasper – 7 points, Deion Swift – 5 points, Owen Wescoe – 3 points, Caleb Brown – 3 points, and Noah Rodriguez – 2 points. With the win, the Panthers improve their record to 3-0 on the season.
