Box Score Sellersville, PA - The Bethlehem Christian Panther Varsity Boys Basketball Team took on the Patriots of Valley Forge Baptist in the ACCAC Championship game on Saturday. The Panthers earned their first ACCAC championship with a 73-48 win.
The Panthers were simply unstoppable from start to finish. BCS opened up the first quarter with a 10 point lead and the game was never in doubt. With solid defense and fantastic ball movement on the other end of the floor, the Panthers cruised to a 73-48 win. Tournament MVP,
Gabe Transue was on a mission Saturday afternoon. The Sophomore scored 29 points and grabbed and incredible 19 rebounds. Transue was 10-21 from the field that included 5-11 from long range.
Roman Rex was named to the all tournament team following his performance that included 17 points 5 rebounds and 3 assists. The Panthers scoring barrage continued with
Myles Harris and
Amari Williams. Harris added 13 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists.
Amari Williams had 12 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists. The Panthers finished league play with a perfect 10-0 record and improved their season record to 19-6.
