Bangor, PA - The Varsity Girls' basketball team played their home opener vs. the Notre Dame East Stroudsburg Spartans on 12/10/24. 

The Panthers were able to hold a comfortable lead throughout this game as they defeated the Spartans. A balanced scoring attack from the Panthers led to them getting their second win on the season. Giana Kasper led the way for the Panthers as she scored 11 points for the Panthers. Other scorers include Elyse Khachadourian – 8 points, Paige Kreidler – 5 points, Liah Cornelius – 4 points, Abby Wilson – 3 points, and Aubrey Merisca – 2 points. With this win, the Panthers improve their record to 2-1 on the season.

The Varsity Girls' basketball team will be back on the floor when they travel to face the Salem Christian Eagles on Tuesday, December 17th. Tip-off is set for 6:00 pm.
