Box Score Allentown, PA - The Bethlehem Christian Panther Boys Varsity Basketball team took on the Lions of Lincoln Leadership on Tuesday evening. The Panthers played a hard fought game but saw their 4 game winning streak snapped. The Panthers fell by a score of 74-58.
The Panthers fought hard throughout the contest and the boys were able to keep the score close until the final three minutes. BCS trailed by just 1 after the first quarter and by 10 at the halftime break.
Amari Williams and
Gabe Transue tried their best to keep the score close. Williams scored 7 of his 25 and Transue scored 6 of his 16 in the third period. The Panthers trailed 50-42 after three quarters. That was the story throughout most of the 4th quarter. BCS kept the game within reach until the 3 minutes mark. The Lions started to heat and would pull away. The Panthers fell by a final score of 74-58.

The Panthers will be back on the floor on Thursday, December 14th at the former Pius X gym in Bangor, PA when they take the Lions of Moravian Academy. The JV team will tip at 5:00 pm and the Varsity at 7:00 pm.
